Pavel Nedved and Maurizio Arrivabene from tomorrow, Wednesday 18 January 2023, will no longer be members of the Juventus Board of Directors. Their farewell, after their resignations on November 28, 2022, takes effect with the appointment of the new Board.
Pavel has given everything for Juventus. As a player first, then as a member of the Board and finally as Vice President. On the pitch the numbers speak for themselves - 327 appearances, the most in club history for a non-Italian, 65 goals and a vast collection of trophies, among which, the 2003 Ballon d'Or stands out on a personal level.
After hanging up his boots in 2009, he began his second life at the Bianconeri, joining the Board of Directors in 2010. In 2015 he became Vice President of the club, and also in this new position he continued to win. It would be impossible to describe in only a few words the road travelled together. The memory of all those victories won side by side and of all the special moments shared over the years will always remain.
Meanwhile, the paths of Juventus and Maurizio Arrivabene met in 2012, when he joined the Board of Directors. From 1 July 2021 he assumed the role as Head of the Football Area and from November 2021 he was named Chief Executive Officer. Over these months he has put his experience and expertise at the service of Juventus, defining corporate strategies with an eye on the future and constant improvement.
