153RD DERBY – Saturday’s match will be the 153rd time Torino and Juventus will face each other in Serie A. The Bianconeri have more than double the amount of victories than their opponents, leading the way with 73 wins compared to Toro’s 35, with 44 draws between the two Turin-based teams.
GOALS GALORE – Juventus have scored at least one goal in the last 20 Serie A matches against Torino. The last time the Bianconeri failed to find the back of the Torino net was in a goalless draw back in February 2008.
BOGEY TEAM – Juventus have become the bogey team of their cross-city rivals: of all Serie A clubs Torino have faced at least 10 times since the turn of the century, Torino have obtained the least success against the Bianconeri with just one victory, coming in April 2015.
LEO MILESTONE – A win would see Leonardo Bonucci earn a 250th Serie A victory in his career, placing him alongside the still-active Samir Handanovic (252), Giorgio Chiellini (254) and Gianluigi Buffon (396) in achieving this historic feat.
CUADRADO CHARM – Juan Cuadrado certainly enjoys playing against the Toro: he has contributed to four goals – one goal scored and three assists – in his last three matches against Torino, better than any other Bianconeri player in the Turin Derby since early 2020.
