Juventus Women claimed a well-deserved sixth Scudetto crown on Friday, and with it, came a myriad of new records, standout achievements and impressive statistics that have marked this incredible season.
We've put together the best ones for you below:
- Juventus has been crowned Italian champions for the sixth time in its history, following the 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20 (forfeited), 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons. In the three points for a win era (since 1995/96), no team has won the title more times than the Bianconeri: six, along with Torres.
- Massimiliano Canzi became the third coach to win the Scudetto at the helm of Juventus Women after Rita Guarino (four) and Joe Montemurro (one).
- Juventus has the best offensive record (63 goals) and the second best defensive record (27 goals conceded by the Bianconeri, five more than Inter Milan) in the current campaign.
- Overall, Juventus is the team with the best winning percentage in Serie A in the three-point-per-win era (since 1995/1996): 80%, having won 145 of the 180 matches played, with 18 draws and 17 losses.
- Juventus is the team with the most clean sheets this Serie A season with 10, one ahead of Inter and Lazio with nine.
- Juventus is the team that has scored the most goals on set pieces this season: 20. Notably, it is also the team that has scored the most on penalty kicks (five) and indirect free kicks (six) as well.
- Juventus is the only team that boasts two players born from 1/1/2004 onward with at least five appearances this campaign: Eva Schatzer (three goals and two assists, born in 2005) and Chiara Beccari (three goals and four assist, born in 2004).
- Juventus has scored 12 goals from substitutes this campaign, more than any other team in the league.
- Juventus is the team that has scored at least three goals the most times in a single match in this Serie A season: 11.
