Sofie Junge Pedersen is in the history of Juventus Women - that goal scored at the Allianz Stadium against Fiorentina, the first ever in that magnificent setting, will forever remain in memory. One of the many special shared moments, which won’t end there, because Sofie has signed her name on the future, renewing her contract until 2023.
The goal at the Stadium remains special, unforgettable, because Sofie is not a noted goalscorer. Rather, her fundamental contribution is made working in the shadows, recycling possession, distributing passes, in other words, dominating midfield. Since her arrival she has been the fulcrum in the centre of the park, contributing to the many successes of these years.
