A trio of Bianconeri where in Euro action yesterday, with both Cristiano Ronaldo and Alvaro Morata scoring for their nations, however, their goals weren't enough to secure victory.
CR7 was up first for Portugal against Germany in Munich, and he opened the scoring inside 15 minutes... However, two own goals by his teammates meant Germany took control of the lead. Havertz added a third in the 51st minute, while Gosens, who also had a goal disallowed earlier on in the game, recorded Germany's fourth and final goal, before Ronaldo provided an assist to Diego Jota to see the game end 4-2 in favour of the 2014 World Cup winners.
Following that fixture, a Bianconeri duel took place between Morata and Szczesny: Alvarito opened the scoring in the 25th minute, firing a strike past his club teammate, while Lewandowski responded for Poland to ensure points were shared at 1-1.
Tonight, another derby will take place in Italy versus Wales, where Bonucci, Chiellini, Bernardeschi and Chiesa come up against Ramsey at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, kick-off at 18:00 CEST. Merih Demiral will also be in action for Turkey at the same time when he faces Switzerland.
Last, but not least, Juan Cuadrado and Colombia will take to the field of Estadio Olimpico Pedro Ludovico in Brazil for Colombia - Peru, kick-off 02:00am (CEST).
