After Abi Brighton’s arrival another new face has been added to Massimiliano Canzi’s Juventus Women squad in the form of Mathilde Harviken, with the 23-year-old signing from Rosenborg until 30 June, 2027.
The Norwegian, born on 29 December 2001, cut her teeth in her native country and debuted in the top-flight there at just 18 with Fart, then moving on to Rosenburg in 2022 and making 117 appearances in her time there.
A centre-back who is comfortable on both her right and left foot, Mathilde boasts real physical and athletic prowess. She has also established herself at international level as well in recent years, making her full-international debut in September 2022.
She arrives as another good addition to the Bianconere, particularly with the defensive depth hit hard by injuries to important players in recent months. Now, Massimiliano Canzi has another option at the back.
