Juventus Women featured in their first friendly match yesterday evening, in what turned out to be a massive 12-0 triumph against Birkirkara. As such, from now until the UEFA Women's Champions League match against Kamenica Sasa on 18 August, the Bianconere will feature in four more friendlies.
Coach Montemurro’s second outing is set to take place next week Saturday (July 31), where the Bianconere will host Servette with kick-off at 18:30 CEST. The game will be played on Field 3 and behind closed doors.
Those matches will be followed by an international friendly scheduled on 4 August, at 19.00 CEST against Montpellier in France, in what will be a replay of last summer's friendly (played in Lyon), which ended 2- 1 in favour of Juve with goals from Gama and Staskova. The Bianconere will then hit the road and head to Barcelona for the Gamper Trophy at the Camp Nou.
The final friendly match to wrap up the preseason will be at Vinovo against Pomigliano, on 12 August at 20:30 CEST. A few days later, the UWCL adventure will begin.
