Three Juventus players took to the field for their national teams on Tuesday, 19 November, featuring in two draws and one defeat, with another one of our players finding the back of the net.
It was a disappointing night for Turkey, who suffered a 3-1 Nations League loss against Montenegro, as they finished in second place in Group 4 of League B, thus missing out on direct promotion to League A, but earning a playoff encounter scheduled for March. Featuring for the full 90 minutes for the Netherlands in their Nations League match-up against Bosnia and Herzegovina was Teun Koopmeiners. The Dutch played out a 1-1 draw that earned them qualification to the Nations League quarter-finals by virtue of finishing second in Group 3 of League A.
In South America, Danilo was deployed as a starter for Brazil in their World Cup qualifying clash against Uruguay. The match ended 1-1, leaving the Selecao fifth on the qualifying table with 18 points after 12 games.
