Eva Schatzer has won the Italian Golden Girl award for 2025. The announcement was made during a press conference held on the 41st floor of the Piedmont Region skyscraper in Turin on 4 November 2025, following the Golden Boy and European Golden Girl 2025 awards ceremony. Monday, 1 December, saw the official ceremony take place.
Schatzer, who was included in the list of 10 players nominated for the European award, receives this recognition of her quality in a season where she is proving to be a key part of the Juventus Women’s First Team.
A Bianconera since August 2020, Eva joined the First Team squad in February 2023 after shining with the Bianconere Under-19 team as an underage player and captain.
After a season-long loan spell with Sampdoria, she returned to Turin in June 2024, making a total of 44 appearances and scoring five goals for Juventus to date - the last of which came in the UEFA Women's Champions League, the first of her career in the competition, from a free kick against Bayern Munich.
