Enzo Barrenechea will spend the 2023/24 season on loan at Frosinone.
It was 1 April 2023 when Enzo became part of the Juventus First Team squad after a virtuous journey first with the Under 19 and then with the Next Gen.
The Argentine midfielder born in 2001 had risen through the Bianconeri ranks, and officially became part of the First Team squad on 1 April 2023 after excelling with the Under-19 and Next Gen teams. Even before his official integration into Coach Massimiliano Allegri's side, Enzo had made his senior team in the UEFA Champions League tie against PSG on 2 November 2022, before making his first Serie A appearance in the Derby della Mole against Torino on 28 February 2023.
The match against Torino was not only his first appearance in the top division, but it also co-incided with his first start, making him the first Juventus player to make his debut in Serie A as a starter in a Turin Derby, in the three-points-for-a-win era (since 1994/1995).
He is now off on a new adventure in Ciociaria, after 74 matches played between Primavera, Next Gen and First Team.
Suerte, Enzo!
