Juventus are away for the first league match-up following the international break, as they prepare to take on Lazio in Saturday evening’s Serie A encounter.
Coach Massimiliano Allegri spoke to the media ahead of tomorrow’s clash, scheduled to kick off at 18h00 at the Stadio Olimpico.
This is what was said:
“Statistics show that Lazio and Juventus, over the last ten years, have shared most of the trophies in Italy. It will be a good match between two teams that are both on the cusp of fourth place, so the match will be difficult. Until December we will have many matches of great importance.”
PLAYER AVAILABILITY
"For now, I've only seen the players who have returned from European qualifiers, the South Americans arrived a little late. I will evaluate the conditions of the team today. Paulo Dybala will try to train, he wants to be available, but I still have to see. Moise Kean has worked well during this period and will be available tomorrow. Aaron Ramsey suffered a knock to a flexor during training yesterday. Mattia De Sciglio? He is continuing well in his recovery, I hope that after the match against Chelsea he can rejoin the team. Federico Bernardeschi, on the other hand, will not be available for another 15-20 days.”
THE STRENGTHS OF LAZIO
"Lazio have excellent organisation, Sarri is really making his mark. They have technical players like Milinkovic Savic, Pedro and Luis Alberto, while the defense has improved. The absence of Immobile? Sarri built his Napoli on the lack of a center forward, he will do it again tomorrow.”
