The place where the story of successes and great victories are built day by day, in an avant-garde area. This is the Juventus Training Center Continassa.
The place where the story of successes and great victories are built day by day, in an avant-garde area. This is the Juventus Training Center Continassa.
The project is part of the J|Village, after Juventus acquired the surface right of the Continassa area in 2013 for a renewable period of 99 years. An area of 58,900 square metres in size, was selected to be the training centre of the Men’s First Team. The works were once again entrusted to Gilardi Costruzioni, with the work completed in 2018. Juventus Women were the first to test out the new facility, as they conducted spring training sessions at the base, with the Men’s First Team moving from their regular headquarters at Vinovo to begin their training at Continassa head of the 2018/19 season.
At the start of the 2018/2019 season, the Men’s First Teams starts working at Continassa and has a total area of 58,900 square meters, of which around 37,000 are destined for the playing fields, trodden by the Juventus champions: in total four, one of which has a grandstand with a capacity of around 600 people, used for open training sessions for the Juventus fans.
It’s a completely state-of-the-art structure, featuring the Media building (where offices, press rooms, rooms for film shooting and interviews are located) and one dedicated to the First Team Team, with video rooms, offices equipped with all the latest technologies, a gym, a swimming pool with a hydrokinesitherapy tub, a room for physiotherapy and, of course, changing rooms.
The training house of the First Team was born with the aim of offering the Juventus champions the best possible place to work, day after day, to achieve new and great successes: the latest innovation, in order of time, is the connection with the J|hotel, inaugurated at the end of 2019, which dedicates an entire wing to the players’ rooms, who spend their pre-match retreats here and the moments of relaxation between a work session.
