Having earned a degree in Law from the University of Bari with a score of 110/110 cum laude Laura Cappiello has extensive experience in corporate law and corporate criminal law.
Enrolled in the Milan Bar in 1999, she previously practised for 23 years at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe’s Milan office.
Since 2001, she has provided corporate advisory services to numerous Italian and international companies.
She currently serves as an independent director at Iccrea Banca S.p.A., where she chairs the Nominations Committee; at Digital Value S.p.A., where she also chairs the Related Parties Committee; and in several companies within the Italmobiliare S.p.A. group.
She serves on the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) of numerous companies, and as the sole member of the Supervisory Body at the Fondazione Pinacoteca Agnelli. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Prada.
