Graduated in Economics from the University of Turin, Fioranna Negri is a certified chartered accountant, and certified public auditor. She has 35 years of experience in auditing companies operating in commerce, industry, publishing, tourism, services and finance, including companies listed on the MTA of Milan and EGMS. She has also gained extensive experience in all professional activities relating to valuations, advisory services, SCIGR analysis and the analysis of procedures at various levels and functions. She is an adjunct professor at the Nicolò Cusano University in Rome, teaching on the Master’s Degree Programme in Economics, in the subject of Corporate Auditing and the Master’s Programme in Consolidated Financial Statements. She serves as Standing Auditor for several companies including Wikimedia, Satispay, Autoguidovie and Guala Closures; she serves on the Board of Directors of various companies, including some that are publicly listed. She is a member of the Supervisory Bodies of several companies including Autostrade per l'Italia.
