MANY ACADEMIES, ONLY ONE BIG PROJECT
Growing up while having fun on a football field. Training according to Juventus' methodologies, techniques and more. To have training and meetings with the Academies of Piedmont and the whole of Italy. All this, and much more, is the Juventus Academy project, which counts on the collaboration, enthusiasm and work of twenty-three clubs, 17 in Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta (Academy Elite) and 6 in the rest of the country (Academy Italia).
A working group coordinated by an excellent staff: composed of Michele Sbravati (Youth Football Director), Andrea Vaccarono (Juventus Academy Team Leader), Dario Dileo (Juventus Academy Technical Coordinator), Marcello Benesperi (Juventus Academy Technical Coordinator), Francesco Barone (Juventus Academy Goalkeeper Specialist), Alessio Gibin, Ruben Renna, Mirco Vinai and Nicolò Sarti (Juventus Academy Technical Area), Angelo Aiello (Juventus Academy Scouting Area).
