Giorgio Chiellini was elected as a Federal Councilor at a Lega Serie A meeting today, Monday, November 3, 2025, with Juventus' Director of Football Strategy receiving 12 votes.

Chiellini will represent Serie A on the FIGC Board alongside Inter President Giuseppe Marotta and Udinese Vice President Stefano Campoccia, as well as Lega Serie A President Ezio Simonelli.
